Position Type Part Time Pay Rate $26.00 / Hour Job Schedule Mon: 06:30 AM – 03:30 PM Wed: 06:30 AM – 03:30 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location. Monitor visitor access, confirm identification and authorization as directed by site procedures, and document arrivals, departures, and/or deliveries. Respond to incidents, concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate relevant details to school staff and Allied Universal leadership. Support a professional front desk presence by answering questions, providing directions, and helping to address security‑related concerns for students, staff, families, and visitors. Observe activity in the lobby and entry areas, report unusual behavior or policy violations, and complete required logs and incident documentation. Minimum Requirements Must be at least 21 years of age. Have at least 5 years of security‑related experience. A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
