As a Security Officer Desk Operations in Kansas City, MO , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic tech location where you will serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors, managing access, and supporting security-related operations with professionalism and care. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors at the front desk by following site-specific procedures and security-related policies for a fast-paced technology location.
• Monitor lobby access, verify visitor credentials, and/or assist with sign-in processes while helping to support authorized entry in accordance with site guidelines.
• Respond to incidents, questions, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate site contacts or emergency services when appropriate.
• Answer phones, manage incoming inquiries, and/or direct guests to the proper destination while maintaining awareness of front desk activity and reporting unusual conditions.
• Support badge issuance, visitor logs, and/or other administrative front desk tasks connected to security-related operations and customer service needs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
