Orthopedic Surgery - Hip and Total Joint in AZ Located in Tucson, Arizona Full-Time & Permanent Seeking a BE/BC Orthopedic Surgeon with Total Joint Fellowship training to join group. Full-time, employed opportunity 5 Year Contract 60% outpatient and 40% surgical Practice and ER call required Patient census: average 25 patients per clinic day and 812 surgeries per week Rapidly growing program Stable, well-managed practice with full ancillaries for an ideal work/life balance Collaborative team environment and full program support* Equipment/Resources Available: MAKO Compensation & Benefits: Range: $475-630K Base Salary + Productivity Guaranteed Salary 12 months, Stay within 30 days PTO After the guaranteed salary, there will be a switch to Productivity; No Cap on PTO as long as productivity is hit Busy Practice, Within the First Year you will already receive bonuses Possible Relocation Assistance* CME: 5K Location: Tucson is a city of 1 million people that is often described as having a smaller town feel.
