Standort: Remote (Deutschland / EU) Start: Ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung Anstellungsart: Vollzeit, Festanstellung Vergütung: Fixum von 2.750 € plus leistungsabhängige, ungedeckelte Provision Verdienstmöglichkeiten: Top-Performer erzielen als Setter durchschnittlich 5.000--6.000 € und als Closer 7.000--15.000 € monatlich . Deine Entwicklung bei uns Du startest bei uns im Presetting , entwickelst dich über das Setting zum Closer und übernimmst mit wachsender Erfahrung Schritt für Schritt mehr Verantwortung im Sales-Prozess. Bei der Argumentorik Akademie arbeitest du direkt für Wlad Jachtchenko , Coach für Führungspersönlichkeiten und Unternehmer. Gemeinsam gewinnen wir Interessenten für hochwertige Leadership-Programme -- mit professioneller Beratung auf Augenhöhe. Kein Cold Calling. Kein Push-Vertrieb. Sondern warme Leads, gute Gespräche und saubere Closings. Deine Aufgaben und Entwicklungsschritte Presetting: Du telefonierst warme Leads aus einer bestehenden Liste ab, prüfst ihr Interesse und ihren grundsätzlichen Bedarf und vereinbarst passende Termine. Setting: Du führst die vereinbarten Beratungsgespräche, klärst den Bedarf genauer und begleitest Interessenten auf ihrem Entscheidungsweg. Closing: Mit wachsender Erfahrung führst du Gespräche mit Interessenten, die für ein Angebot infrage kommen, und begleitest sie bis zur Entscheidung und zum Abschluss. Du pflegst die Sales-Pipeline im CRM und dokumentierst deine Gespräche sorgfältig. Du arbeitest eng mit Marketing und Management zusammen und bringst dich in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Sales-Prozesse ein. Warum die Argumentorik Akademie? Du kommunizierst klar, verbindlich und überzeugend. Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich und zuverlässig. Du hast Freude daran, Menschen und ihre Bedürfnisse zu verstehen.
