I opened my agency in 2025 and currently lead a growing team of six. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I built my career in the technology and marketing industries. I'm a graduate of the University of Washington and have a competitive spirit, especially when it comes to racket sports like pickleball and table tennis. Our mission is simple: to provide protection and peace of mind for the people we serve. We stay actively involved in our local community and have built a strong bilingual book of business, proudly serving many Cantonese and Mandarin speaking customers. As an Account Associate for Eddie Wang - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
