International Tax Director

Sandella Sova is proud to partner with a publicly traded manufacturing company in Columbus. The Tax department seeking an International Tax Director to join its small team. The role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment. Along with the VP Tax, you'd help lead the international tax function, including ASC 740 tax accounting, compliance, planning & research. Key Responsibilities: Lead the international tax provision (ASC 740) process, including deferred tax calculations and financial reporting. Lead the US outbound international tax compliance process to ensure adherence to global tax laws and regulations. Identify international tax planning initiatives to optimize the company's global tax profile and cash tax position. Assist with global transfer pricing strategy, including documentation and policy implementation Lead Pillar Two assessment and implementation Support global cash repatriation strategies Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or a related field; CPA or Master’s in Taxation preferred. 10+ years of tax experience in a corporate or public accounting environment. Strong understanding of international taxation, and ASC 740 provision Proficiency in tax software and ERP systems (OneSource preferred). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
