Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Rapid Response to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform IV insertions and manage various catheter insertions.
• Assist providers with emergency department procedures.
• Document patient information using the Meditech system.
• Set up and adjust respiratory equipment as needed.
• Perform admission, transfer, and handoff care using AIDET and SBAR practices.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize patient care in emergency settings.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of Georgia.
• Two years of emergency department RN experience.
• Certifications in TNCC, ACLS, PALS, BLS, and NIHSS required.
• Experienced in managing common ED chief complaints and trauma care.
• Proficient in using Cardiac/Vital Sign Monitors and other ED equipment.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented, patient-centered approach.
