Job Summary

We are looking for a Bus Parts CS Assistant Manager to join the team at our busy bus parts warehouse. If you are a mechanically-inclined automotive professional with strong management and communication skills, we want to hear from you. 

As the Bus Parts Manager, you will be responsible for duties ranging from managing customer calls to picking/packing inventory. To succeed in this role, you must be highly organized and have in-depth knowledge of bus parts. 

 

Responsibilities 

• Assist the Operations Manager with the setup and daily management of the warehouse, including order fulfillment, packaging, shipping, and inventory control.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and accurately.
• Provide product information and assist customers with their orders.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with customers.
• Document customer interactions and maintain records in our database.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
• Upsell products and services when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
• Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.
• Hire and manage bus parts department employees 
• Provide assistance, when necessary, with promotions or marketing efforts to increase sales

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Proven experience in a warehouse environment, with a solid background in logistics, supply chain, and inventory management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build and manage an effective team.
• At least one year of experience in bus repair or bus parts sales is required
• Management experience is preferred 
• Strong customer service, administrative, and organizational skills
• Deep knowledge of bus parts and industry
