About the Role:

Christopher's Pizza in Carolina Shores, NC is looking for passionate, hardworking Back of House Staff to join our kitchen team! Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assemble pizzas and other menu items according to restaurant recipes and standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment at all times
• Operate kitchen equipment including ovens, prep stations, and slicers safely and efficiently
• Monitor food quality and freshness, ensuring proper storage and rotation (FIFO)
• Support fellow kitchen staff during high-volume rushes to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Assist with receiving and stocking food and supply deliveries
• Follow all food safety and health code regulations

Requirements:

• Prior kitchen, food prep, or restaurant experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-temperature kitchen environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and consistency
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one
