Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Framingham, MA
Are you a CDL-A driver in search of an OTR opportunity that ensures weekly home time and requires minimal physical effort? Join American Trucking Group, providing dry van routes throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic with excellent equipment and competitive pay. Experience the freedom of over-the-road driving while enjoying a consistent schedule that gets you home weekly.
Home Time:
- Home every week for a 34-hour reset.
- Our OTR routes are designed to provide steady miles while allowing you to manage personal commitments.
Equipment:
- Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks with modern amenities.
- Each truck comes equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for your comfort.
- You may take your assigned truck and trailer home when safe parking is available.
No Touch Freight:
- Primarily dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations.
- Minimal physical work is necessary, allowing you to focus on driving efficiently.
Pay and Miles:
- Drivers average between $1,200 to $1,600 per week based on performance and mileage.
- Additional compensation includes detention pay based on customer policy, layover pay at $12/hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.
Running Area:
- Routes cover Vermont, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, and Kentucky.
- All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.
Benefits:
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance begins the first month after 60 days of employment.
- $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 3%.
- Passenger policy available after 30 days with age restrictions.
