Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions tailored to address the emotional and relational challenges that arise during rehabilitation.

• Perform thorough assessments to identify clients' relational dynamics, emotional struggles, and recovery goals. Based on these assessments, you will develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate both mental health and rehabilitation objectives.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during challenging rehabilitation phases, helping clients navigate distress and reinforcing their resilience.

• Maintain precise and confidential client records, including progress notes and treatment plans, in accordance with professional and legal standards, utilizing established electronic health record systems efficiently.

• Educate clients and their families on emotional aspects of rehabilitation, coping mechanisms, and methods for strengthening family bonds, thereby empowering clients throughout their recovery journey.

• Commit to continuous professional development by staying informed about the latest research and best practices in marriage and family therapy and rehabilitation, participating in relevant training sessions and conferences.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve are individuals recovering from various physical and mental health challenges, including, but not limited to, substance use disorders, trauma, anxiety, and depression. Working closely with clients and their families, you will address relational dynamics and emotional distress, facilitating a supportive environment for healing.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State or the state of practice.
