THE JOB
You'l handle inbound and outbound calls with existing Monster Reservations Group guests who already purchased vacation packages. You help them get booked and collect their trip-specific pauj. We give you a script, a process, and plenty of coaching. No experience required—just show up ready to learn and stay consistent.
SCHEDULE
- All positions are full-time and in-office
- Day Shift: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
- Evening Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–10:00 PM
- Weekend Shift: Saturday–Tuesday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
YOU MUST BE:
- Reliable, positive, and comfortable on the phone. Must be able to take feedback and apply it fast.
- 18+. Live within 90 minutes of Myrtle Beach and have your own reliable transportation.
