Position Summary The NRS Senior Analyst, Sales Operations serves as a key business partner to SOMs, Field Sales Managers (FSMs) and Field Sales Senior Managers (FSSMs), helping translate strategic priorities into effective deployment, execution, and measurable business results. This role combines operational excellence with strategic thinking to ensure field resources are aligned to the highest-value opportunities, deployment plans are optimized, and leaders have actionable insights to drive performance. The Senior Analyst acts as the connective tissue between strategy and execution, bringing together data, deployment planning, business intelligence, and field insights to improve decision-making, strengthen accountability, and accelerate growth. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
