Position Summary:

As our Customer Service Representative , you will serve as the primary point of contact between Winchester Interconnect and our customers, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional support at every touchpoint. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role where you will manage customer orders, provide delivery updates, maintain customer portals, and coordinate internally with Operations, Planning, and Program Management to ensure we consistently meet our commitments.

You will play a key role in supporting our on-time delivery performance and overall customer satisfaction in the demanding aerospace, defense, space, and industrial markets we serve.

This position reports to the Operations Manager .

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree is a plus.
• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident) due to ITAR regulations.
• 2+ years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within aerospace, defense, or a similarly regulated industry.
• Experience working with ERP systems; ability to learn new systems quickly. Syspro experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, including the ability to manipulate and reformat reports and data in Excel.
• Experience in managing customer portals and open order reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide clear, professional responses to customer inquiries.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Are You Our Next ACE?

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, managing inquiries, order status updates, and issue resolution in a timely and professional manner.
• Process and acknowledge customer purchase orders, confirm delivery dates, and ensure accurate order entry and maintenance in the ERP system.
• Update and maintain customer portals to accurately reflect order status and production progress on an ongoing basis.
• Maintain and distribute the open order report, updating promise dates and delivery dates on a weekly basis in coordination with Planning and Operations.
• Reformat and deliver reports to match the specific requirements of each customer or buyer.
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding any changes to delivery schedules, quality concerns, or other order-related updates.
• Coordinate with the Program Management, Production, Planning, and Quality teams to gather accurate updates and ensure customer commitments are met.
• Support the quoting process by coordinating customer requests for quote (RFQs) internally and ensuring timely responses.
• Handle customer information with professionalism and confidentiality at all times, in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the customer service function to enhance responsiveness and overall customer experience.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay Transparency:

Winchester Interconnect Corporation is committed to pay transparency. The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00 per hour . Exact salary will be contingent upon your experience, education, skills, and any other factors Winchester Interconnect Corporation considers relevant to the hiring decision.

This position is eligible for a $2.00 per hour shift differential for working on the 2nd shift. The company also offers a competitive variety of benefits, including a referral bonus and a sign-on bonus .
