Licensed Master Plumber

Midway Electric is seeking a highly skilled, motivated Licensed Master Plumber to lead the growth of our new plumbing division. You'll lead plumbing projects from start to finish — ensuring all work meets safety standards, building codes, and client specifications — and drive the successful completion of residential, commercial, and industrial plumbing installations, repairs, and remodeling projects. Responsibilities: Oversee and perform complex plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and building codes. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts and estimates. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to ensure seamless project progression and timely completion. Conduct construction estimating for plumbing components, materials, and labor to support project planning and budgeting. Lead field service activities, including troubleshooting mechanical issues related to plumbing. Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with remodeling, maintenance, or new construction. Ensure all work aligns with schematic diagrams and sound mechanical knowledge of plumbing systems while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including schematics updates and inspection reports. Support team members with handyman skills such as carpentry or basic remodeling when needed. Qualifications: Licensed Master Plumber able to lead the division as it grows. Proven plumbing experience with a strong understanding of commercial and residential systems. Demonstrated ability in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and mechanical troubleshooting. Knowledge of construction estimating processes related to plumbing projects. Familiarity with construction-site safety standards and practices for heavy lifting and field service operations. Prior experience in remodeling or maintenance projects is a plus.
