Production Operations SupervisorRadwell International is seeking a Production Operations Supervisor to lead a team responsible for supporting production workflow, job coordination, and operational efficiency throughout the repair and production process. This position serves as a critical link between Sales, Production, Inventory, Purchasing, and Operations to ensure customer requirements are met while maintaining productivity, quality, and service expectations.The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, organized leader, and problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role offers the opportunity to lead a high-impact team, drive process improvements, and contribute directly to customer satisfaction and operational success.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise, mentor, and develop a team responsible for supporting pre-sales and production operations activitiesCoordinate daily workflow to ensure customer requirements, production priorities, and operational deadlines are achievedPartner with Sales, Production, Purchasing, Inventory, Logistics, and Technical teams to ensure seamless execution of customer requestsMonitor production workflows and proactively identify bottlenecks or process inefficienciesImplement corrective actions to improve throughput, accuracy, and operational performanceOversee product evaluations, testing coordination, documentation, and production support activitiesDevelop, maintain, and enhance standard operating procedures and work instructionsServe as the primary escalation point for complex operational and production-related issuesTrack department performance metrics and prepare operational reports for leadership reviewEnsure activities comply with company quality standards, policies, and proceduresSupport continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, productivity, and customer experienceAllocate resources and prioritize workloads to meet business objectives and service commitmentsPerform additional duties and projects as assignedWhat We Are Looking ForPrevious experience leading or supervising employees in a production, operations, manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or technical environmentStrong leadership and coaching abilities with a focus on employee developmentAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentStrong decision-making and problem-solving skillsCustomer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality and service excellenceAbility to collaborate effectively across multiple departmentsStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to balance operational priorities while maintaining attention to detailKnowledge and SkillsStrong leadership and team management skillsExperience with ERP systems and workflow management toolsStrong analytical and reporting capabilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProcess improvement and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to develop and implement standard operating proceduresProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and WordStrong attention to detail and quality assurance practicesKnowledge of industrial automation, electronics, manufacturing, repair, or technical operations preferredAbility to analyze operational data and make informed business recommendationsEducation and ExperienceHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field preferred3-5 years of experience in a production, operations, manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, repair, or technical leadership role preferredExperience managing workflows, reporting metrics, and supporting operational performance initiatives preferredExperience working with cross-functional teams in a customer-focused environment preferredCompensationThe recruiting base salary range for this full-time position is $55,000 annually.
