Full-Time | Four-Day Work Week | Two Weeks Paid Training, No Experience Needed | $36,000 base + commission | $70,000 to $75,000 typical earnings

Four days on. Three days off. Every week.

We're adding Service Advisors at Walser Toyota, our flagship store, and we are not hiring off a resume. No dealership experience. No automotive background. No idea what a repair order is. That is genuinely fine, it is what we expect. We are hiring people who know how to take care of a customer when it counts, and we will teach the rest.

Your first two weeks are paid training

Your start begins with a paid, two-week training program designed to get you the tools and product knowledge to hit the ground running. You'll receive hands-on coaching and mentorship from a service team that's built to develop people, not just fill shifts.

Schedule and Pay

Your schedule: Four 10-hour days. Three days off every single week, not every other week. Saturdays are part of the rotation. This is a service drive, and that's when our customers need us.

Your pay: $36,000 base salary, paid from day one including your two weeks of training, plus commission. Most of our advisors earn $70,000 to $75,000. Top performers here clear six figures.

What We'll Teach You

Everything technical about this job is something we hand you. Over two paid weeks, and then with coaching after, you will learn:

- How to write a repair order, start to finish

- Toyota product knowledge, what's on the car and why it matters

- How long each service takes and what it costs, so you can set honest expectations

- TruVideo and our estimate tools, so a customer can see exactly what their vehicle needs

- How to translate what the shop found into language a guest actually understands

You will not be dropped into the drive alone at the end of it. You'll be learning alongside other advisors on a team built to develop people.

Who We're Looking For

Some of our strongest advisors came from restaurants, retail, hospitality, call centers, and the trades. Places where you learn to read a person quickly, stay calm when things go sideways, and follow through on what you promised. Those are the hard parts of this job, and you cannot be taught them in two weeks. The technical side we can teach anyone.

What you do not need: dealership experience, automotive knowledge, a technical background, or a college degree.

What we can't teach is showing up. If you want to learn, want to grow, and want to be the reason a customer comes back, you're who we're looking for.

Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged. Our customers speak Spanish, Hmong, Somali, and more, and an advisor who can meet a guest in their own language changes that guest's entire day. It isn't required, but if you have it, we want it on this team.

What You'll Do

- Be the face of Walser service by greeting customers as they pull into the drive and setting the tone for the whole visit

- Perform vehicle walk-arounds, record mileage and VIN, move vehicles to technician bays, and write up repair orders

- Learn how long each service takes and what it costs, so you can set clear, honest expectations up front

- Serve as the liaison between technicians and customers, translating the shop's work into language a guest actually understands

- Work as a team with your service admin and technicians to generate hours and deliver an excellent guest experience

- Prospect and sell dealership services, coordinate work in progress, and prepare for after-service delivery

- Follow up with customers to build repeat business and earn the next visit

- Use TruVideo and our estimate tools to show customers exactly what their vehicle needs

- Stage vehicles and shuttle customers as needed

What You Bring

- A drive to learn. Curiosity and coachability are the whole requirement here.

- Comfort working with urgency without losing your composure

- Strong communication skills, verbal and written, and genuine care for the customer experience

- High attention to detail and accuracy

- Beginner to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience

- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
