You can learn more about LexisNexis Risk at the link below, About the RoleThe Field Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing an assigned portfolio of existing customers within the LexisNexis Risk Solutions business across the Northeast. This role focuses on customer retention, strategic account management, and identifying opportunities to expand customer value through strong partnerships and a deep understanding of customer goals. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help customers achieve business outcomes while contributing to revenue growth and long-term account success.ResponsibilitiesManage an assigned book of business and achieve renewal and retention objectives.Build strong executive and operational relationships with customer stakeholders.Conduct regular business reviews to demonstrate ROI (Return on Investment) and value realization.Monitor customer health and proactively address risks, concerns, and adoption challenges.Drive customer engagement strategies that increase product utilization and satisfaction.Identify whitespace opportunities across the customer portfolio.Develop and execute account growth plans.Generate upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned to customer needs and strategic initiatives.RequirementsProven success managing and growing existing customer relationships.Experience managing renewals, expansion opportunities, and customer retention initiatives.Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to collaborate across multiple internal functions.Experience utilizing CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems such as Salesforce.SaaS (Software as a Service), data, analytics, risk, fraud, identity, or technology industry experience.Experience conducting executive business reviews and strategic account planning.Demonstrated ability to uncover customer challenges and align solutions to business outcomes. Primary Location Base Pay Range: Home based-New Jersey $74,074 - $118,326. Total Target Cash Range: $113,960 - $182,040. Pay mix between base and variable pay varies based on sales role; please discuss with the recruiter. If performed in New York, the base pay range is $72,100 - $120,200, the total target cash range is $111,000 - $185,000.If performed in New York City, the base pay range is $78,700 - $131,100, the total target cash range is $121,100 - $201,900.If performed in Rochester, NY, the base pay range is $65,600 - $109,200, the total target cash range is $100,900 - $168,200.U.S. National Base Pay Range: $65,600 - $109,200, Total Target Cash Range: $100,900 - $168,200.
