Full-Charge Accounting ProfessionalWe're looking for a detail-oriented, full-charge accounting professional to join our team, supporting clients in the music and entertainment space. You'll own the full accounting cycle for a portfolio of clients — accuracy and deadlines matter here. This role calls for solid command of financial statements, reconciliations, and accounting software, and you'll work directly with leadership to help clients understand their financial position.What You'll DoOwn accounts receivable and accounts payable, keeping invoices and payments moving on schedulePerform regular bank reconciliations to keep cash records accurateReconcile specialized touring/production-related accountsWork in industry-specific accounting platforms alongside Excel and other toolsReconcile general ledger accounts to verify financial data accuracyMaintain well-organized financial records and documentation to support auditsPartner with external auditors on annual insurance-related audits, providing documentation as neededPrepare client payroll submissions and route them to third-party processors on scheduleReview, code, and process credit card transactionsMonitor insurance coverage to confirm clients are adequately protectedServe as a primary point of contact for client staff and traveling personnelStay on top of daily correspondence and support clients and their teams as needs ariseWhat We're Looking ForProven experience in full-charge bookkeeping or a comparable accounting roleComfort working across accounting software platformsHands-on experience with AR, AP, bank reconciliation, and balance sheet reconciliationStrong independent work habits and the ability to juggle multiple prioritiesExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong written and verbal communicationWorking knowledge of balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and chart of accountsExperience in the music/entertainment industry a plusJob Type: Full-timeCompensation: Commensurate with experienceBenefits401(k) with company matchMedical, dental, and vision insuranceFlexible spending accountHealth savings accountPaid time offPaid holidaysRoom for growthSchedule: Full-time, standard business hours, Monday–FridayLocation: Nashville, TN area — in-person role
