City Wide Facility Solutions of Northwest Ohio is looking for an Account Manager to manage an established portfolio of commercial clients throughout Northwest Ohio. In this role, you'll become a trusted advisor to your clients, ensuring their facilities are maintained to the highest standards while identifying opportunities to provide additional solutions that help their businesses operate more efficiently.

No two days are the same. You'll spend time visiting client facilities, meeting with business owners and property managers, solving problems, coordinating with our independent contractors, and ensuring clients receive exceptional service. What You'll Do

• Build long-term client relationships through regular facility visits and proactive communication.
• Conduct routine quality inspections to ensure exceptional service.
• Respond quickly to client concerns and coordinate solutions with our contractor network.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships through additional facility maintenance services and products.
• Prepare pricing, proposals, and service recommendations.
• Coordinate new client onboarding and ensure a seamless startup experience.
• Recruit, support, and maintain relationships with independent contractors.
• Partner with Night Managers to ensure consistent service quality.
• Maintain accurate client records, inspection reports, and activity notes within our CRM system.
• Work closely with the Sales Team to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
• Protect and grow an established book of business through exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, B2B Sales, Facility Services, Operations, or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel throughout Northwest Ohio to visit client locations.
• Experience in facilities, building maintenance, property management, or service-based industries is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
