Job Summary 10x Nora Oliver LLC is seeking motivated and results‑driven individuals to join our team as Appointment Setters. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a key role in generating leads and setting up appointments for our sales team. This is a remote position, but you will be required to attend monthly on‑site meetings. Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team. Follow a script and use persuasive techniques to engage potential clients and effectively communicate the value of our products/services. Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and assessing their needs and interest level. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of all calls, leads, and appointments in the CRM system. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and appointment details. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and appointment setting. Continuously improve product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends to effectively address customer questions and concerns. Provide feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams on customer responses, objections, and market trends. Participate in regular training sessions to enhance sales and communication skills. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all interactions with potential clients. Requirements Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales is preferred. Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone demeanor. Persuasive and confident with the ability to build rapport and engage potential clients. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels. Results‑oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple appointments. Familiarity with CRM systems or appointment scheduling software is a plus. Proficiency in using basic computer applications and tools. Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate effectively with team members. High level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
