What You'll Be Doing
You'll work right in the lab, helping turn raw materials into finished cannabis products — think cartridges, pre-rolls, and tinctures — while keeping everything clean, accurate, and compliant. Day to day, that looks like:
- Filling, capping, and quality-checking cartridges to spec
- Formulating, filling, and dusting pre-rolls
- Cooking, filling, and labeling tinctures
- Keeping Production Logs and Batch Records accurate and up to date
- Following the daily production schedule set by your supervisor
- Tracking ingredient inventory and helping with regular audits
- Logging inventory into the Track & Trace compliance system
- Keeping your workspace clean, organized, and safe
What Makes You a Great Fit
- You've worked in a kitchen, manufacturing floor, or lab before — or something similarly fast-paced
- You're comfortable with basic math (percentages, fractions, measurements)
- You've used Google Sheets or Excel before, even casually
- You're organized, honest, and take ownership of your work
- You communicate clearly, both in writing and in person
- You're a team player who's willing to jump in wherever help is needed
This is an active, on-your-feet role. You should be comfortable with:
- Lifting 25-75 lbs (heavier items are always handled as a team)
- Standing and sitting for extended stretches throughout the day
- Repetitive tasks and operating equipment like cannabis grinders, filling machines, and pre-roll machines
- A fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly
- Working around plant material and dust — a mask is required for these tasks
- Wearing a hairnet and/or beard net when needed
- Closed-toe shoes required; no shorts. Scrub pants are provided for you.
- High school diploma required
- Must be 21 or older
- Previous kitchen, manufacturing, or lab experience preferred, but not required
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail
- Ready to follow safety standards and company procedures
- Open to helping out in other areas when needed
