Job Title: CNC Machinist

Job Description

The CNC Machinist will be responsible for creating parts using CNC lathes and/ or CNC Mills as well as learning to operate manual machines. This role requires a candidate who is eager to learn and willing to perform quality checks and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC lathes and/ or CNC Mills to manufacture parts.

• Learn and operate manual machines.

• Perform quality checks and ensure all documentation is accurate.

Essential Skills

• 2-4 years of experience as a CNC machinist.

• Experience with CNC lathes and/ or CNC Mills operations.

• Familiarity with deburring, blueprint reading, and manual machining.

• Proficiency in using calipers and other precision measuring equipment.

Work Environment

Work in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gainesville, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
