Digital Project Manager

Position Overview We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Digital Project Manager to lead the execution of our e-commerce and digital product initiatives. In the fast-moving fashion retail space, our digital storefronts are our most vital asset. You will be the bridge between creative, site merchandising, marketing, and development teams, ensuring that everything from major platform upgrades and seasonal campaign launches to UX/UI enhancements are delivered flawlessly, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the technical backbone of modern e-commerce websites, and possesses the communication skills to keep cross-functional teams aligned and motivated. What You’ll Do Scope, plan, track, and manage digital projects from initial concept through deployment and post-launch optimization. Act as the central hub connecting site merchandising, graphic design, copywriting, digital marketing, and web development. Oversee front-end updates on our e-commerce platform (Shopify Plus) including third-party integrations, payment gateways, and apps. Build realistic project timelines (working in Asana), manage day-to-day resource allocation, and proactively remove blockers. Lead weekly standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives for the development team, translating business requirements into clear, actionable technical tickets. Coordinate thorough user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance to ensure bug‑free deployments that maintain a premium user experience. Vet and own all 3rd party integrations and upgrades, ensuring the use of tools that are top of market, innovative and cost‑effective. Track expenses and ensure the department is working within set monthly budgets. Who You Are 3‑5 years of digital project management experience, specifically within e-commerce, retail, or a fashion/apparel brand. Solid familiarity with a standard e-commerce tech stack (Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, etc). Highly proficient in running projects and tasks through Asana. Proficient in project management methodologies. Highly collaborative and thrives working in a team‑oriented environment. A sharp eye for design consistency and a deep empathy for the fashion consumer’s digital journey.
