Title : Technical CLM Project Manager

Payrate : $111/hour

Duration : 6-month assignment

Hours : 40 hours/week | Hybrid (onsite Tuesday–Thursday)

Location : Culver City, CA (Hybrid)

Summary:

Do you thrive owning complex, technical, cross-functional processes under a tight weekly deadline? We're looking for a Technical CLM (Customer Lifecycle Marketing) Project Manager to own end-to-end execution of a weekly cross-functional campaign send process — from audience transfer through journey prep to campaign launch. This role calls for a seasoned, technically fluent project manager who can ramp up fast and operate independently with minimal oversight.

What You'll Do:

• Own the weekly CLM campaign operations (~60% of role) — drive the end-to-end process from audience transfer through journey prep to campaign send, partnering closely with Data Science, Engineering, Database Marketing, and Product Management
• Lead the weekly cross-functional go/no-go, confirming all partner teams are ready ahead of each send
• Triage and escalate live issues — diagnose bugs or breakages during the send cycle and route to the right technical team for resolution
• Build technical documentation and training (~30% of role) — create enablement materials for new CLM capabilities as they roll out, delivered via written docs, live sessions, and recorded walkthroughs
• Manage the team's project management rhythm (~10% of role) — own timelines, surface risks and dependencies, maintain the communications calendar, and run meetings end to end

What You Bring:

• 7+ years of project/program management experience, with demonstrated ownership of complex, technical, cross-functional processes
• Deep familiarity with the product management release cycle — requirements gathering, QA coordination, and driving through to go-live
• Demonstrated ability to triage technical issues in real time, perform root-cause analysis, and escalate to the right engineering/data teams
• Familiarity with CRM/campaign management platforms
• Availability to support live campaign monitoring and on-call issue resolution on a recurring weekly basis

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Strong meeting and stakeholder management skills — agenda-setting, calendar coordination, and clear status reporting
• Experience creating training materials for technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience with project management or workflow automation tools (Wrike, Smartsheet, Asana, Jira/Confluence, Airtable, Monday.com, or MS Project)
• PM certification such as PMP, CSM/CSPO, Six Sigma, or ITIL
