ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As the insurance account representative for Scott Carlson Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation: $50,000.00 per year

• Our office is located in Rapid City, SD .
• Our office is open 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Mon - Fri.
• I have been a State Farm agent since 2001.
• We currently have 3 team members at our agency.
