Compensation: $146,921 - $160,063 / year

Description

Location: VA, NC, TN, KY, WV, MD, OH, PA (candidate will have the flexibility to work out of their home office but must reside within the state of Virginia, North Carolina, Tennessee, Kentucky, West Virginia, Maryland, Ohio, Pennsylvania)

Schedule: Full Time - Exempt

Travel: Candidate can expect to travel minimally (less than 10% of the time)

What You'll Do

• Direct a program of related utility right of way projects — aligning scope, schedules, budgets, and standards across the portfolio
• Guide and support Project Managers, balancing resources and priorities across projects
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining frequent communication and building strong, long-term relationships through consistent engagement and day-to-day partnership.
• Own program-level reporting, forecasting, and financial performance
• Establish and enforce consistent delivery standards, tools, and processes
• Manage program risks and escalations before they reach the client
• Partner with leadership on staffing plans and growth for the program

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of [8] years of right of way experience, including leadership across multiple projects or programs
• Prior experience directing project managers or large delivery teams
• Proficient with MS Office Suite — specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
• An iOS or Android smartphone to access ORC's systems
• Valid driver's license

Driving is an essential function of the role and may involve extended periods and long-distance travel. Fieldwork may require walking over uneven terrain, standing, or navigating outdoor environments, with routine exposure to varying weather conditions such as heat, cold, rain, and snow.
