Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• Outpatient setting
• Flexible schedule options include 4 10-hour shifts or 5 8-hour shifts
• Patient population includes 20-30% extremity and 40-50% neck/back-cervical cases
• Average caseload is around 11 patients per day for PTs
• EMR: Prompt
• Interviews will be virtual
