We are looking for a service-focused Workplace Experience Coordinator - Level 1 to provide on-site support in New York, New York. This Contract position is a short-term, in-person assignment expected to last one week, with potential for extension, and will help maintain a welcoming, well-organized environment for employees, guests, and tenants. The ideal candidate brings strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage front desk and amenity-related tasks with professionalism.

Responsibilities:
• Inspect amenity and common areas each day to confirm they are clean, fully stocked, and functioning properly, and arrange service requests when issues arise.
• Oversee supply levels by ordering, receiving, organizing, and replenishing workplace and amenity materials as needed.
• Coordinate reservations for shared spaces by maintaining booking calendars and communicating usage guidelines and expectations to tenants.
• Support meetings and on-site events by arranging room setups, catering details, audiovisual needs, and guest-facing logistics.
• Apply building safety, security, and emergency protocols consistently and escalate concerns to the appropriate contacts when necessary.
• Liaise with external vendors and building operations teams to help ensure services and deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Provide clear updates and routine information to colleagues, tenants, and visitors while following established instructions and workplace procedures.
• Handle straightforward operational tasks using defined processes and exercise sound judgment within the scope of assigned duties.• High school diploma or equivalent education with up to two years of relevant experience in workplace support, hospitality, office coordination, or customer service.
• Ability to follow established procedures, daily routines, and service standards in a detail-oriented office setting.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills for sharing practical information with team members, tenants, and guests.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational abilities with careful attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Customer-focused approach with a courteous demeanor in front desk or workplace-facing interactions.
• Comfortable working on-site in New York, New York for a short-term assignment and adapting quickly to a fast-paced environment.
