Lead customer core team meetings. Translate customer expectations into product requirements. Manage qualification testing and debug failures and provide technical direction to the cross functional engineering team. Conduct technical discussions, design reviews, and RCA/FA reporting. Guide engineering, business and customer facing teams across validation, qualification, and design. Coordinate requirement changes and manage timelines/budgets. Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Feed and implement lessons learned into future product cycles.
