Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent from an accredited program
• Active Washington SLP license and appropriate certification
• Prior experience supporting K-12 students in a school setting strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs), assessments, and therapy documentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in diverse, collaborative environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop targeted therapy plans for students in need of speech and language support
• Deliver direct, in-person interventions to K-12 students, both in individual sessions and group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to align strategies and maximize student progress
• Maintain accurate records, participate in IEP meetings, and contribute to the ongoing evaluation of student needs
• Adapt therapy techniques to suit remote or in-person delivery if required
