Skills and Requirements

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience

• Relevant manufacturing experience (Aerospace, Medical Device, Automotive or related field)

• Hands-on work experience

-Experience in a fast-paced production environment - Experience working with fiber optics

• Strong foundational computer knowledge, ability to learn new programs/software quickly

• Experience reading, interpreting, and working from engineering documentation and/or drawings

• Experience in a laboratory or manufacturing environment for high-precision products

• Experience with cleanroom requirements

• Familiarity with testing methods and equipment

• Ability to rapidly change roles/responsibilities while working in a high-paced, challenging work environment
