Bioprocessing Sales Specialist, Fluid Management OEM

Repligen seeks an OEM Fluid Management Bioprocess Sales Specialist to identify and develop strategic partnerships with original equipment manufacturers in the biopharmaceutical sector. The role combines commercial expertise with technical knowledge of bioprocessing technologies, single-use systems, and downstream/upstream processing.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plan for OEM fluid management business segment
- Identify, qualify, and prioritize OEM opportunities for Repligen product integration
- Build relationships with OEM decision-makers across engineering, R&D, procurement, and leadership
- Create and maintain OEM opportunity pipeline from concept through commercialization and supply
- Establish long-term strategic partnerships and develop account plans with key OEM accounts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, business, or related field
- 5+ years bioprocessing, life sciences, biotechnology, or industrial market experience
- Knowledge of single-use technologies, consumables, filtration, chromatography, fluid management
- Experience selling to or working with OEMs, system integrators, or equipment manufacturers
- Ability to translate complex technical requirements into commercial solutions
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel 30-50% including international
Compensation: $136,000-$195,000 base
