Payroll Specialist

To assist in reviewing and processing Employee Payroll both Domestically & Internationally for all TKO Entities. To work as a team player on projects and implementing efficiencies across companies. Review and ensure accuracy and timeliness of all payrolls (/bi-weekly/semimonthly/monthly) Work with offshore team in managing various payroll tasks Process International Payrolls Assist in special requests and projects Process bonus and equity transactions through payroll Collaborate with the business to ensure timeliness of timecard submission and answer any timecards inquires Maintain interface from Workday to ADP Keep ADP up to date with new hires, terminations, and changes Prepare payroll reports for management and auditors Partner with ADP to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations Respond to employee inquiries and resolve payroll discrepancies Collaborate with various departments to ensure payroll is accurate Maintain SOX payroll controls through reconciliations, approvals, documentation and audit support. You Have These: MUST HAVE 3-5 years’ experience in payroll MUST HAVE experience with ADP (Workforce Now) Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively Ability to identify and resolve payroll issues Basic knowledge of local and federal labor laws and regulations related to payroll International payroll experience Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Strong ability to analyze data and identify discrepancies #J-18808-Ljbffr TKO
