Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver therapeutic services using a systemic and relational approach, ensuring that treatment methods are tailored to the specific needs of clients.

• Develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans that outline specific goals and therapeutic modalities.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation including progress notes and treatment plans, adhering to ethical and legal standards established in Arizona.

• Participate in regular clinical team meetings and peer consultation sessions to discuss cases, share insights, and seek support from colleagues.

• Work collaboratively with case managers, referring providers, and community agencies to coordinate care and enhance service delivery.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to assess client progress and adapt treatment methods as necessary to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families facing mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, trauma, and emotional distress. You will be responsible for creating a safe, supportive environment conducive to healing and growth, facilitating open communication, and fostering strong therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• An active LMFT license in Arizona or eligibility to obtain one.

• A strong foundation in family systems theory and relational therapy methodologies.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to relate to clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Demonstrated experience working effectively both independently and within a collaborative team setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of experience providing outpatient mental health services.

• Experience in telehealth services and familiarity with digital documentation tools.

• A proven ability to develop effective treatment plans that align with clinical best practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 per year, dependent on experience and qualifications. The role offers a competitive benefits package, including health insurance options, paid time off, and opportunities for continuing education units (CEUs). You will have the option to choose between a W2 or 1099 compensation model, providing additional flexibility.
