Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and compassionate RN Weekend Shift Supervisor to join our team at Avir at Parkview in Fort Worth, Texas. As a Weekend Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our nursing team, providing clinical guidance and support, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care on our weekend shifts. Responsibilities Oversee and manage the nursing team on weekend shifts, ensuring that all patient care activities are performed in accordance with established policies and procedures Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff, including medication administration, wound care, and patient assessment Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to develop and implement individualized patient care plans Ensure that all patient care activities are documented accurately and in a timely manner Conduct regular rounds to monitor patient progress and identify areas for improvement Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure that our patient care meets the highest standards of excellence Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, families, and staff members Requirements Current RN license in the state of Texas Minimum of 2 years of experience in a rehabilitative care setting Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Excellent clinical skills, with the ability to provide guidance and support to nursing staff Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing high-quality patient care What We Offer Competitive compensation package #J-18808-Ljbffr Avir Vista
