Role Overview

As an Experienced Closer, you will be instrumental in converting pre-qualified leads into loyal customers. You will engage with prospects who have already expressed interest, focusing on consultative selling, showcasing the benefits of our insurance products, and skillfully navigating any questions or concerns. Your primary objective is to close deals effectively and efficiently, contributing directly to the growth and success of BIGI LLC.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Engage with warm leads provided by our Appointment Setting team.

• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand prospect requirements.

• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations via phone and video calls.

• Articulate the value proposition of our insurance solutions with clarity and conviction.

• Address and overcome prospect objections with confidence and expertise.

• Guide prospects through the decision-making process to secure sales.

• Manage your pipeline end-to-end, ensuring all leads are followed up on promptly.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.

• Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and contribute to a positive team environment.

• Stay current with product knowledge and industry trends to provide the most relevant solutions.

Compensation

This role offers a competitive compensation structure of base salary plus commission , with an earning potential ranging from $85,000 to $200,000 annually . Your success is directly rewarded, providing significant opportunities for financial growth.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to build strong rapport and trust with clients over phone and video channels.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear and persuasive interactions.

• Proficiency in managing a sales pipeline from initial engagement through to closing.

• A consultative selling approach, focusing on understanding and meeting client needs.

• A professional demeanor suitable for representing BIGI LLC.

• Must hold a Property and Casualty Insurance license.
