Field Service Technician

ETW Energy is seeking a Field Service Technician who keeps our customers' systems producing at their best. You'll be the calm, capable face of ETW at the customer's home - diagnosing production issues, servicing equipment, and making it right. This is a safety-first, customer-facing role for someone who takes pride in a clean diagnosis and a repair done right the first time. What you'll do Establish and maintain a safety-first job site - follow safety processes and wear PPE on every visit Troubleshoot production drops and system faults on site Diagnose and service inverters, batteries, monitoring, and related equipment Complete warranty and repair work to ETW quality standards Communicate clearly with customers and document each visit accurately Keep an orderly work area and leave every home better than you found it What you bring Electrical and/or solar troubleshooting experience Comfortable with monitoring platforms and diagnostic tools A strong customer manner - you represent ETW at the door A safety advocate who works safely and reports issues Valid driver's license and clean driving record Able to lift 50 lbs frequently (up to 100 lbs with assistance) and work on rooftops of varying pitch in all weather conditions Benefits Benefits package available for full-time employees Paid, hands-on training and ongoing safety and product certification A real advancement path - Installer - Lead Installer - Foreman #J-18808-Ljbffr ETW Energy
