You’ll have the unique opportunity to dive deep into advanced system architecture, lead crisis-resolution efforts with high autonomy, and directly influence our product strategy by identifying and implementing platform enhancements that impact millions of transactions.**Key Exciting Responsibilities:*** Diagnose and resolve advanced technical inquiries, including system malfunctions, software glitches, and performance bottlenecks;* Conduct continuous monitoring of the Transporeon platform, addressing any incidents or operational challenges as they arise;* Implement minor system modifications or adjustments to meet existing customer needs;* Efficiently allocate cases to specialized teams when beyond the scope of general support, ensuring follow-through to resolution;* Serve as a mentor to new team members, sharing knowledge and contributing to product strategy discussions;* Proactively support and update legacy systems, identifying opportunities for process and platform enhancements;* Independently manage crisis situations or escalations, providing solutions with minimal supervision;* Develop expertise in specific Transporeon modules or processes, becoming a go-to specialist within the team**Essential Skills & Experience*** 3+ years of experience in a technical support environment.* High proficiency in SQL, XML, XSL, JSON, CSV and MS Office* Strong knowledge of web-based application configurations ( SOAP, REST, FTP protocols).* Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level).* Proven ability to manage technical escalations independently* Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong customer service orientation;**Bonus Points For*** Experience within the logistics or supply chain management industry.* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.* Previous experience with Transporeon-specific modules or similar logistics platforms.****How to Apply:**** Please submit an online application for this position by clicking on the ‘Apply Now’ button located in this posting.**Join a Values-Driven Team: Belong, Grow, Innovate.**At Trimble, our core values of Belong, Grow, and Innovate aren't just words—they're the foundation of our culture.
