Technical Support Engineer

We are a professional energy storage system integrator focusing on Utility-scale BESS & Commercial & Industrial BESS . We are rapidly expanding our European market. This presales role fully supports local sales teams, responsible for technical solution design, customer technical communication, tender support, grid code compliance analysis, and sales empowerment. The core objective is to help sales win BESS projects and build long-term customer technical trust in Europe . Key Responsibilitie sProvide professional turnkey BESS solutions for European utility-scale and C&I energy storage projects .Design system topology, PCS/EMS configuration, thermal management & fire protection solution, grid connection solution according to local grid codes .Deliver full presales documents: proposal, technical presentation, single-line diagram, BOM, benefit analysis, competitor comparison .Attend customer technical meetings, answer technical inquiries, conduct technical negotiation & clarification .Be fully responsible for tender technical documents, technical response sheets, deviation sheets, bid compliance checking .Research European local grid standards, energy policies, grid codes, certification requirements, and local market rules .Build standardized European BESS solution library, FAQ library, and sales training materials .Provide technical training for local sales, distributors and partners .Identify presales risks including grid connection risks, compliance risks, technical matching risks in early stage .Requirement sBachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power System, Renewable Energy, Automation .1–5 years BESS presales / solution experience in utility & C&I energy storage .Familiar with BESS system structure, PCS, EMS, battery container, fire & thermal system .Knowledge of European grid codes (G99/G100, VDE, CE etc.) is preferred .Fluent English for client communication, technical presentation and business negotiation .Strong logic, proposal writing skills and customer-oriented mindset .Able to travel locally in Europe and cooperate closely with sales team .Previous overseas energy storage presales experience is highly preferred .Core Valu eAct as the technical front doo r of the company’s European market .Improve project win rate and support fast European market expansion .Build localized European BESS presales system and technical barrier #J-18808-Ljbffr
