Data Analyst

To support a growing social impact strategy, the full-time remote Data Analyst will gather and analyze client metrics, develop strategic data visualizations, and create scalable data systems to inform decision-making. Key responsibilities: Gather client metrics to evaluate impact and business strategy Identify, clean, merge, and filter datasets to generate high-quality cross-functional datasets Develop and manage a client survey system to calculate key metrics for solution delivery improvement Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university Two or more years of experience in research, business intelligence, statistics, or data analysis Experience creating reports or dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools Proficiency in coding programs such as Python, SQL, or R Experience in building or analyzing data models using AI/ML tools
