There has never been a better time to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.Responsibilities Include:Assist with new-hire orientationsAssist with payroll and benefits administrationAssist with the daily administration of employee insurance benefits, including enrollments, terminations, and changesMaintain confidentiality at all timesMaintain and update employee records and HR databasesServe as a liaison between employees and the HR teamRespond to employee questions and requests with excellent customer serviceSupport HR with projects, reporting, and additional departmental duties as neededQualifications:Willingness to learn and collaborate effectively with team members4+ years of HR-related administrative experienceAutomotive dealership industry experience preferredCDK / ADP Workforce Now experience strongly preferredStrong customer service, problem-solving, and analytical skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to maintain strict confidentialityProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Must pass a pre-employment background checkWhat We Offer:Pay: Based on experienceMedical, Dental, and Vision InsurancePaid Holidays & PTOShort- and Long-Term DisabilityPaid Life Insurance401(k) Retirement Plan with company matchProfessional automotive office environmentEmployee discounts on vehicles, service, and parts across company brandsApply in person or online.
