YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A PATIENT CARE REPRESENTATIVE This is a full‑time healthcare position with shifts that vary within standard business hours . You'll welcome patients, assist with check‑ins, collect payments, and ensure records are complete and organized. As you enroll them in tools like the Patient Portal and help manage messages, you'll keep communication flowing and care seamless.
