Join Our Team at Maui Brewing Company!
Are you looking for a fun and energetic work environment? Our Ka'anapali restaurant is hiring a Retail Associate to showcase and sell Maui Brewing Company merchandise. This position is primarily retail-focused but will assist at the host stand when needed.
- Job Title: Retail
- Location: Maui Brewing Co. Ka'anapali
- Wages: $16/hr + commission on all retail items sold in the restaurant
Shift: 12pm to 8 pm
Brief overview:
- Actively engage guests to promote and sell retail merchandise
- Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing merchandise displays
- Accurately handle retail transactions and maintain stock levels
- Assist at the host stand during peak periods (managing waitlist, seating coordination)
- Answer guest questions about our products, brewery, and brand
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous retail sales experience strongly preferred
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Ability to meet sales goals through exceptional customer service
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy environment
- Team player who can support both retail and host stand operations as needed
