Role Description

We're seeking a full-time Marketing Representative to own and execute our digital marketing efforts — from search visibility to video content to day-to-day campaign management. This role is ideal for someone who's comfortable wearing multiple marketing hats and can work independently with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

SEO: Optimize website content, metadata, and structure to improve search rankings; conduct keyword research; monitor performance and suggest improvements.
Video Editing: Edit short-form and long-form video content (client testimonials, educational clips, social media reels) for use across our website and social channels.
Content Creation & Editing: Write, edit, and publish blog posts, social media content, email campaigns, and website copy that reflects our brand voice.
Google Suite Management: Manage Google Business Profile, Google Ads campaigns (if applicable), and Google Analytics to track traffic, leads, and campaign performance.
Website Updates: Make ongoing updates and edits to our Squarespace website, including content changes, page additions, and general upkeep.
Collaborate on marketing strategy and campaign calendars.
Monitor and report on key marketing metrics.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience with SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar).
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar).
Strong writing and content editing skills.
Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, and/or Google Ads.
Self-starter who can manage projects independently and meet deadlines.
Experience with Squarespace a plus.
Insurance or financial services marketing experience a plus, but not required.

Requirements

Type: Full-time (approx. 35–40 hrs/week).
Location: Estero, FL area preferred; remote work considered for the right candidate.
Compensation: $45,000–$55,000 annually, based on experience.
