Responsibilities
1. Managing and coaching a sales team
2. Setting sales goals and tracking performance
3. Developing sales strategies
4. Driving revenue growth
5. Client relationship management
6. Compliance and regulatory oversight
Requirements
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Must be highly self-motivated.
Currently possess a Property Casualty insurance license.
Strong work ethic and leadership skills .
Minimum 3-5 years prior insurance sales experience.
Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
