Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in Virginia.

• A minimum of three (3) years of counseling experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of mental health challenges and treatment modalities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate productive therapeutic relationships with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 78,000 to 115,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to a competitive salary, you will be entitled to a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
