Growing Real Estate company is looking for a Book Keeper / Accountant to join our team! As part of our Accounting Team, you will be responsible for accounts payable items, and accurately maintaining financial records for our company.
Responsibilities:
- Post daily deposits into Quickbooks Online.
- Pay independent contractors and 3rd party vendors via ACH and check.
- Daily reconciliation of posting accounts.
- Create new processes to improve financial efficiency.
- Review files in Company software and maintain records and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting is a must.
- Previous experience with Quickbooks Online is a must.
- Fundamental knowledge of Real Estate Transactions.
- Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools
- Detail and deadline-oriented, accuracy focused.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Prioritizes a healthy work place and culture.
