We’re looking for a Customer Experience Specialist who can provide friendly, professional service to walk-in and phone customers in our showroom. If you enjoy helping people, love organized environments, and have a talent for customer communication, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers into our showroom and help them explore product options
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist with orders
- Prepare accurate quotes and enter orders into our system
- Recommend related products to enhance the customer’s experience
- Build long-term relationships with recurring clients
- Keep the showroom neat, clean, and well-organized
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly goals
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of customer service or retail sales experience
- A warm, friendly, and professional attitude
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
- Fast learner, especially with new product catalogs and systems
- High attention to detail and organization
- Strong computer and order-entry skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
