Hourly Pay Range: $19.89 - $28.84 Position Highlights Position: Patient Scheduling Rep Location: SRO Corporate Center, Warrenville 4201 Winfield Road Full Time Hours: 8:30–5:00 pm on weekdays; 7:30–5:00 pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday; 8:00–12:00 pm Saturday Weekend rotation: Every other Saturday 8:00–12:00 pm Travel: No Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or GED Experience & Skills: Typing Requirement: 30–35 wpm Minimum one year of Phone Room, healthcare or customer service experience Strong organizational and critical thinking skills Responsibilities Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, performs duties and responsibilities within the scope of one service line or specialty. Responsibilities include obtaining and entering demographic information into the registration system, verifying insurance coverage, sending communications to RN staff as requested, and scheduling, canceling, and rescheduling office visits.
